This DEI “What’s Next” RoundTable is an event of D&I influencers from around the country and various industries. Now, we know that you’re no stranger to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have—like so many others—put years of effort into scaling that wall toward greater diversity in board rooms and C-suites everywhere. Yet, the reward for this dedication and hard work seems to only be slow progress, which has quickly stalled into a state of frustration. This leaves you questioning if the combined efforts of diversity offices across America will ever fully achieve a robust and sustainable workplace culture of inclusion.
