Inside the #ALLIES Journey

The journey teaches people how to work with intention to make connections, network, turn connections into allies, and ask for help in a constructive way. Additionally, the journey enables your employees to be aware of the obstacles we each must overcome, and shows them how to become agents of change in the face of inequality. Along the course of the journey, they will assess their ability to be an ally, learn and practice six key behaviors to empower allyship, and share success stories and challenges with each other.
