Why was Rali created?
Rali was founded by Larry Mohl, a chief learning officer for 25 years at Motorola, American Express Companies, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. With his insights and understanding of what today’s change agents are looking for, he created Rali to provide companies a platform and ecosystem to support their change efforts that he could never source from HR software vendors.

How does it compare to a learning management system or learning experience platform?
Rali’s Change Experience platform considers “done” when change occurs unlike traditional learning management systems or learning experience platforms that consider “done” completion. Where other software vendors push out content to individuals, assuming they will embrace and adopt it, Rali provides the change process, factors, expert content, and platform that enables individual, team and organizational change in every journey.

What type of assessments are built into the Change Experience Platform? Are there just videos?
Rali’s Change Experience Platform challenges other “learning platforms” to do more than check a box to assess completion. Rali offers (depending on configuration) market-leading personality profiles, cultural surveys and assessments on both the factors of change and the journey topics chosen.
Do you leverage microlearning?
Yes, our journeys are built with a microlearning approach to deliver content with videos averaging 4 min or less to allow for reflection and self-evaluation.
Can Rali handle integration with different groups?
Rali can handle integration with data warehouses, LMS or HR tech systems that want completion data. Rali is the “platform of record” for change data on employees.
Can you handle needs for multi-lingual companies?
We have multi-lingual capabilities. If you need a multi-lingual solution, work with our sales team to discuss your specific needs, as we may need in in-country review of the journey to ensure language acceptability.
